Ground Up BJJ was founded with one goal — to make Brazilian Jiu Jitsu accessible to everyone across Ireland, right where they are. In schools, gyms, community halls, and summer camps.
We believe BJJ is one of the most valuable things a person can learn. It builds genuine confidence, teaches discipline, develops resilience, and gives people a safe space to challenge themselves. We want every person in Ireland to have access to it — regardless of age, background, or experience.
Our coaches are Garda-vetted, fully insured, and hold safeguarding certification. We operate under the Irish Amateur Wrestling Association (IAWA) and adhere fully to the Children First Act 2015 — because the safety of everyone on our mats comes first.
Your venue doesn't organise, staff, or equip anything. We arrive with everything, run the classes, and leave the space exactly as we found it. A genuine income stream from space that would otherwise sit empty.
